The University of Miami Division of Enrollment Management has an exciting opportunity for a full time Director, Admissions - Recruitment to work in Coral Gables, FL. Under the direction of the Executive Director or Assistant Vice President, the Director of Admission, Recruitment plays a lead role in recruiting and enrolling qualified students for admission to the school in accordance with all applicable internal and external policies and regulations. This position oversees the entire Recruitment team which includes 10 full time employees and four direct reports (3 associate directors and 1 assistant director). Up to 4 weeks of domestic and/or international travel in the fall and up to 2 weeks in the spring will be required. This includes occasional evening and weekend commitment especially during specific times of the year between September and May. This position requires weekly in office presence and is open to being hybrid with designated remote work time.
Salary range: $100,000-$110,000
