The Assistant Director, Specialized Master’s Programs, oversees program resources to ensure alignment with the program’s mission and established priorities, timelines, and budgets. The role involves administrative, managerial, and professional responsibilities, including leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans that support institutional goals for the assigned program(s).

  • Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans that advance program goals.
  • Develops and updates training materials for staff, faculty, and external partners.
  • Oversees all student programming, including off‑campus activities, special events, and networking opportunities.
  • Plans and manages the program budget, including monthly projections and trend analysis.
  • Manages all program logistics and operations, including program development.
  • Oversees registration and advising processes.
  • Maintains formal documentation and data reports related to accreditation, curriculum, and program quality, including graduation clearance.
  • Advises students on academic development and achievement.
  • Coordinates course offerings and program direction with faculty, department chairs, and deans.
  • Supports faculty in designing and implementing assessment plans, methods, and evaluation tools.
