Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own end-to-end activation, drive cross-functional execution, and compress timelines from trial award to site activation. You will lead strategy, processes, and vendor partnerships to scale activation across multiple trials and sites.

This role emphasizes building scalable infrastructure, ownership of outcomes, and collaboration with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations, management consulting, or related functions.
• Ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to scale processes.
• Experience defining roles and operating models across functions; accountability leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation performance framework and 75-day activation goal.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across regulatory, legal, site readiness, and study startup.
• Design scalable, repeatable activation processes and playbooks.
• Build and lead the activations team with clear cadence and accountability.
