Ladders is seeking a Director of Accounts Receivable to lead revenue-cycle operations for a network of hospitals. This remote role drives cash acceleration, reduces aged receivables, and partners with hospital executives to set targets and monitor performance.

You will build and coach cross-functional teams, implement data-driven action plans, and report on key metrics to improve financial outcomes. This is a strategic leadership role in a shared-services environment within the healthcare space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in hospital revenue cycle with 3+ years in accounts receivable leadership.
• Experience in multi-facility, outsourced revenue cycle or shared-services environments preferred.
• Certified such as CRCR/CHFP/HFMA-related preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Accounts Receivable to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee accounts receivable operations across multiple hospitals and client relationships, with a strong focus on cash acceleration, aged receivables resolution, and performance management. You will partner closely with hospital executives and cross-functional teams to identify revenue cycle issues, communicate risk, and drive corrective actions that improve financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep hospital revenue cycle experience, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to lead teams in a multi-facility, shared-services environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,984 – $185,575 annually

Responsibilities
