Job summary

Peaks Renewables seeks a Director of Accounting & FP&A to institutionalize and lead the finance function across Peaks and Summit. The role builds processes, closes, reporting, and planning for a growing RNG platform, including ERP implementation, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.

You will partner with Summit leadership to ensure adherence to corporate standards while supporting project-based, asset-level operations and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus)
• Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in accounting, FP&A, and/or corporate finance
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience leading a month-end close, planning, or financial reporting process
• Experience in RNG, renewables, infrastructure, or project-finance-based business strongly preferred
• Experience leading ERP implementations is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and FP&A function for Peaks and Summit alignment.
• Own monthly close for project entities and consolidated platform with reconciliations.
• Oversee ERP implementation and system design.
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidation.
• Develop budget, reforecasts, and long-range plan for the platform.
• Provide financial insights to leadership and lenders.
