What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the account specialist team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales and renewal metrics
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align account management strategies with business goals
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including renewals and upsells
- Address customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years experience in account management, retention & renewals, sales, or a related field
- 8+ years experience leading a team, including talent development and performance delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to travel to Mexico City on a regular basis (typically once a month)
