Job summary

Genentech in South San Francisco is seeking a Director, Activation and Capabilities Enablement ACE to lead strategy and lifecycle of the Access and Contracting Foundational Capabilities.

You will supervise product managers, partner with PAA and CMG leaders, and ensure prioritization, adoption, and governance in SAFe, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management and Revenue Leakage capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leadership experience in market access or related product areas.
• Deep expertise in Market Access, Payers, PBMs, and contracting.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Access and Contracting Foundational Capabilities.
• Lead product managers/leads and agile ceremonies (e.g., PI planning, PMT).
• Partner with stakeholders across PAA and CMG to prioritize roadmaps.
• Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the product.
