Job summary

Genentech is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Area Analytics & Insights Director for Foundational Products Access Lead in South San Francisco. You will deliver data-driven insights to inform access strategies across FP Portfolio and guide stakeholders on reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and policy decisions.

The role requires leading 1–2 analysts, shaping analytic workstreams, and driving adoption of analytics products across CMG.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant analytics experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with market access, payer analytics, and contracting.
• Ability to lead across a matrixed organization.
• Proven coaching/mentorship of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders to define FP priorities and develop action plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable FP Access insights for decision making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coach analysts and guide offshore teams as needed.
• Embed analytical products into workflows and drive adoption.
