Job summary

Spectrum in Greenwood Village, CO, seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to steer 5G HMNO and SMN WiFi RAN optimization. You will guide engineers, define KPIs, and drive performance improvements to maximize user experience across HMNO and SMN networks.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, 10+ years in engineering, 7+ years in management, and strong English communication. Travel and 24x7 network center involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience with 5G HMNO/SMN networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and strategies to ensure high performance for 5G HMNO and SMN WiFi RAN networks.
• Lead engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deploy performance plans.
• Support end-to-end troubleshooting for 5G and WiFi networks using vendor tools and CM systems.
• Actively monitor KPIs and drive improvements in user experience and network health.
• Define requirements for real-time KPI dashboards.
• Standardize parameter configuration and software upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and input for future upgrades.
• Utilize Big Data, AI/ML tools (Alteryx, Python, Tableau) for anomaly detection and reporting.
