Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Director of Policy Analytics in Princeton, NJ. This hybrid role supports 340B strategy, policy assessments, and biosimilar initiatives. The leader partners with Market Access, Revenue Management, Legal, Compliance, and external consultants to optimize revenue and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position requires 15+ years in pharmaceutical policy/revenue management with strong leadership experience. Local candidates preferred; visas are not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• MBA/MPH/PharmD/JD or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate policy positions aligned with enterprise strategy across market access, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor changes in healthcare policy and reimbursement landscape and assess legislative/regulatory developments.
• Translate policy developments into actionable business recommendations for Finance, Market Access and Commercial leaders.
• Lead policy impact assessments and scenario analyses for healthcare reforms.
