Southeast Connections, LLC in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Directional Drill Operator to support underground utility and gas pipeline projects. You will operate HDD equipment, install underground gas lines, and work from daily contracts with the public.

The role requires 3–5 years of HDD experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a strong commitment to safety. Certifications in HDD operation and utility locating are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HDD equipment experience in underground utility or pipeline construction.
• Certifications in HDD operation, safety training, and utility locating are highly desirable.
• Experience in the natural gas industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate HDD Drills (Vermeer and/or Ditch Witch) to drill and install underground gas lines.
• Place, remove or maintain underground utilities as directed, including heavy lifting.
• Participate in manual labor tasks as required on project.
• Secure work sites and materials to ensure public safety and equipment protection.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to Foreman or Supervisor.
• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Ensure all project work complies with installation standards and is performed safely.
