A utility construction firm is seeking a skilled Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Operator / Locator I in Conway, AR. The ideal candidate will operate HDD equipment and ensure safe and effective installation of utilities such as fiber optic and gas infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing drilling operations, interpreting plans, and performing regular equipment maintenance. Qualifications

• 2+ years of HDD equipment operation experience in underground utility construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• CDL – Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD equipment to install underground utilities.
• Use locating systems to track bore path.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and utility maps.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance.
