Job summary

Southeast Connections, LLC is seeking a Directional Drill Operator to perform HDD drilling and installation of underground gas lines. The role involves handling heavy equipment, performing manual labor, and maintaining safety on active construction sites.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of HDD experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and relevant safety certifications. Knowledge of Vermeer and Ditch Witch HDDs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of HDD equipment experience.
• Experience in natural gas industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD drills to drill and install underground gas lines.
• Place, remove or maintain underground utilities per directions.
• Participate in manual labor tasks on project sites.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with company protocols.
• Follow safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contracts.
• Prepare sites for optimal construction procedures.
