Job summary

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products, with training provided to newcomers and ongoing support for growth.

You will work in a structured, commission-based environment with weekly targets, schedules set with your manager, and license/certification assistance.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain with study course provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
