Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program; for other DST roles, ages 18-21 encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with driving record meeting insurance criteria.
• Clear of felony convictions and disqualifying criminal charges.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Successful background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, supervision, and support to individuals with I/DD and autism.
• Help clients develop daily living, self-help, and social skills.
• Support positive social behaviors and interactions.
• Follow individual behavior-management plans.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Lead or supervise recreational and life-enrichment activities.
• Recognize and respond to safety concerns and emergencies.
• Complete daily documentation professionally and timely.
• Work with staff to provide consistent, individualized care.
