Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Technician to assist children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide supervision, care, and support, working on our Children's Residential campus in Indianapolis or in adult group homes.

Starting pay is $15.25 per hour with class-leading training, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with weekend rotation and optional additional shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with evidence of education.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for clients in residential settings.
• Assist in promoting daily living, self-help and social skills.
• Implement behavior plans to support positive outcomes.
