You’ll supervise and care for clients, manage crises, support daily living and social skills, and help maintain a safe environment across the Children's Residential campus or adult group homes.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children’s Residential program.
• Provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier.
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for clients, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential.
• Work on our Children’s Residential campus or Adult Group Homes in the community.
• Complete required documentation daily, in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and participate in life enrichment activities.
