Job summary

I Am Boundless seeks a full-time employee to provide direct services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Worthington, Ohio. Responsibilities include individualized support, transportation, and ensuring community integration.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience with disabled individuals preferred. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Two years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with consumers and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to participate in community activities.
• Assist individuals with self-medication and ensure safety.
• Transport individuals as required and complete documentation timely.
