00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to supervise Direct Care staff and ensure quality developmental care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges in residential and day care settings.

The role involves implementing personal plans, helping clients communicate needs, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve personal outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm under stress.

Responsabilités

• Provide opportunities for choice and encourage client autonomy.
• Assist and instruct on food preparation and house cleaning.
• Help clients identify valued social roles and healthy habits.
• Continuously assess client function and provide feedback.
• Dispense medication, monitor dosages and record notes.
• Transport clients to and from day programs and activities.
• Support clients at vocational sites to meet responsibilities.
