Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more Direct Support Employees in residential settings. You will interview, hire, train, plan, direct, and evaluate staff performance while providing after-hours coverage as part of a rotation.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring training compliance, and supporting individuals with developmental or mental health needs to meet personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; health-related degree preferred
• One year experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Flexibility to provide on-call coverage
• CPR certification (or able to obtain)
• Background check and drug screen required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Direct Support Employees
• Interview, hire recommendations, and train staff
• Plan and direct work, monitor performance and resolve issues
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation
• Ensure training compliance and attendance at required events
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals per ISPs
• Oversee residential homes and maintain clean, safe environments

Education
