Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more Direct Support Professionals in its PA operations. This full-time role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring quality supports, and maintaining compliant residential services.

You will interview, train, schedule, and review performance, while providing after-hours coverage if needed and supporting individuals to achieve personal goals through the Individual Support Plan. Join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or 2+ years in a health-related field preferred.
• One year or more experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• CPR, First Aid, and relevant certifications preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Direct Support Employees.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor performance.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
• Ensure a clean, well-maintained home and support personal goals.
