Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more direct support professionals in our Abington, PA residences. You will supervise staff, assist with interviewing and training, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance reviews, and ensuring the people we serve receive quality supports and maintain safe, clean homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or an Associate Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• CPR, first aid, and other relevant certifications are preferred; CPR must be current.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and training of staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance and provide feedback.
