Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor in Illinois to coordinate and supervise program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality services for individuals with complex needs.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, coordinate activities and appointments, and maintain detailed records for the individuals served. Schedule is generally day hours, with some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field (required).
• One year of experience in a related field.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train and schedule staff.
• Coordinate activities and appointments for individuals served.
• Maintain detailed records for the individuals served.
• Provide on‑call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts.
