Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and related health certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care staff to ensure developmental care services.
• Coordinate Individual Support Plans and daily activities.
• Assist staff with client goals, documentation, and safety.
• Coordinate transportation to day programs or community activities.
