Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor in North Carolina. This entry-level role involves supervising Direct Care staff to deliver developmental care, coordinating services, and supporting clients in residential and day settings.

The position requires compassionate, patient individuals with a flexible schedule. Pay is $19.00 per hour with M-F first/second/third shifts and weekend on-call obligations; includes benefits described by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or health-related associate degree, or two years of health-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification are a plus.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in implementing individual support plans.
• Provide opportunities for client choice and independence.
• Distribute medication and monitor dosages.
• Transport clients to day programs and activities.
• Support clients at vocational sites.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
