Job summary

Danville Services in Layton, UT is seeking Direct Support Staff to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, meaningful lives in their own homes and day programs. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Able to pass a background check
• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
• Observe and report any changes in individuals\' behavior or health status
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Foster effective communication and build positive relationships with individuals and their families
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care

Wage and Benefits

• $16-$17 per hour
• Full-Time (30+ hrs) or Part-Time employment
