Job summary

Danville Services is seeking Direct Support Staff to help adults with developmental disabilities live full, meaningful lives in a group home setting. This role emphasizes compassionate care, daily living support, and building trusting relationships.

No prior experience is required—we provide training. You will learn about supports, behavior plans, ADLs, and teamwork while making a tangible difference in residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide care
• Experience in group home settings or long-term care is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of first aid and safety protocols is beneficial
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a caregiving environment

Responsibilities

You Will Gain:

Wage and Benefits:

• $16-$17 per hour
• Full-Time (30+ hrs) or Part-Time employment
• $250 Sign-On Bonus upon completion of training
