Job summary

All Pointe Care LLC is seeking compassionate Per Diem Direct Support Staff to empower individuals in achieving daily independence in a supportive home-and-community setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transportation, and accompanying clients to appointments and social activities, while providing encouragement and a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
