Job summary

All Pointe Care, LLC is seeking compassionate Per Diem Direct Support Staff to assist children, teens, and adults in daily living and community activities in Waterbury, CT.

Responsibilities include aiding in daily tasks, attending appointments, and promoting independence while ensuring a safe, supportive environment. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; CPR/First Aid and PMT are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance/registration.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

• Support individuals in working toward personal goals and daily independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including meals, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Accompany individuals to appointments, community activities, and social outings.
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and positive support.
