Job summary

All Pointe Care LLC in Connecticut is seeking compassionate Per Diem Direct Support Staff to support children, teens, adults, and families in achieving daily independence. Hours are 8am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including supporting daily living activities, transportation, and accompanying clients to appointments and community activities.

The role emphasizes providing encouragement, creating a safe and respectful environment, and helping individuals reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance/registration required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
