Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct Service experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook for internal email communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct Service duties including supportive, respectful interactions and supervision.
• Engage the client in activities matching interests and needs.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support health and mental health needs.
• Maintain safety plans, safety practices, and community outings.
• Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
