Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team at the Second St House in Beaver, PA. The role focuses on providing exceptional care to residents with complex needs in a home-like setting.

We offer full-time shifts (40 hours) with a wage of $19.25 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package follows 30 hours worked. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents with physical, medical, and intellectual needs.
• Record observations and progress notes daily.
• Plan and participate in social, home, and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals and complete housekeeping duties as needed.
• Transport residents to appointments using Verland vehicles.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing and dressing.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support residents with daily living activities and goals.
