Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Care to individuals in our care.
• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe environment.
• Introduce and encourage skill development through active treatment activities.
• Record observations and daily progress notes; participate in planning social activities.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation for appointments.
