Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals served.
• All state-required trainings and certifications completed in mandated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supports per individual service plans, including socialization and daily living activities.
• Assist with health maintenance, medication administration, and skill/behavioral development.
• Document progress and maintain confidential records.
• Drive or transport individuals as needed and ensure safety.
