Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide non-exempt, hourly support in residential settings in Evansville, Indiana. The role involves assisting with daily activities, socialization, and community integration, while following individual plans and maintaining confidentiality.

The position supports 4–6 individuals in a typical residential unit, with responsibilities including health maintenance and behavior development, and may require transportation duties as part of the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct support per individual service or program plans, including socialization and development.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transport, community integration, shopping.
