Job summary

Prairie Community Services in Marshall, MN is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Provider for the Inglewood Home. You will supervise and support individuals in daily living, recreation, and community activities, including medication management and meal preparation.

Starting wage is $16 to $17 per hour. Candidates must be at least 17, pass DHS background clearance, have a valid driver's license, and be able to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old or per licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English for company business.
• Read, comprehend, and follow each person served’s program plans and procedures.
• Deliver support to the person served using person-centered services.
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Chart daily program information.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, care and safety to individuals in daily living and activities.
• Support recreation, community orientation, and meal preparation.
• Manage medication administration as required.
• Assist with laundry and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain accurate daily charts and documentation.
