Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 17 or as required by licensure.
• DHS background clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Follow person-centered service plans and procedures.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, care and safety to individuals served.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Support recreation and community orientation.
• Medication management and meal preparation.
• Complete daily charting of program information.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
