Resources for Human Development (RHD) - Adesha Village in Montgomery County, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with mental health needs and developmental differences. You will provide hands-on support, skill-building, and promote independence in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and internet skills for documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation in English.
• CPR, First Aid and other required training.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the safety and well-being of individuals supported by Adesha Village.
• Provide individualized support based on each person’s needs and goals.
• Create an environment that promotes dignity, choice, growth, and community participation.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required home and program staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with emergency and on-call activities as needed.
