Resources for Human Development (RHD) Adesha Village program is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with mental health needs and developmental differences. This full-time position emphasizes dignity, independence, and community participation, with hands-on support and goal-oriented programs.

You'll help with daily living and skill-building, receive comprehensive training, and work in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid training or certification is preferred/required as stated.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Provide trauma-informed, person-centered care and supervision.
• Support skill-building, independence, and community participation.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Work with team to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
