Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals build independence through daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development.

This full-time, 1st shift (32 hours) role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered support, teamwork, safety, and consistent encouragement as clients work toward personal goals within their community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
