Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in building independence within their community. This full-time 1st shift role focuses on daily living support, health and wellness, and skill development, guided by compassion and a person-centered approach.

You will work with a team to provide ADL assistance, transportation support, and meaningful activities, while helping participants achieve personal goals in a safe, structured setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
