Job summary

HAALO Innovations, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents in our Residential Facility Program in California.

You will provide direct supervision, implement individual plans, monitor behavior, and document care in line with Title 22 and Title 17 regulations. The role requires flexibility for early morning and weekend shifts, professionalism with residents and staff, and readiness to support daily living activities,

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma/GED and be able to read and write in English.
• CPR and First Aid certification within two months of hire.
• Ability to multitask, maintain documentation, and follow policies.
• Must possess California driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to HAALO policies and ensures residents' safety.
• Provide direct supervision and implement individual plans.
• Escort residents to appointments and document care.
• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration.
• Maintain health, safety, and confidentiality per regulations.
• Coordinate with team and attend mandatory trainings.
