Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide morning and weekend personal support in a residence setting. The role involves engaging with the person served, implementing individual plans, and supporting daily living activities across home and community settings.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires flexibility to work Monday–Friday mornings and weekends, with competitive hourly compensation of $19.75.

Responsibilities

• Work in the residence of a person served as a personal support and to be engaged with him/her, ensuring programs and activities are carried out for the person’s benefit.
• Provide supervision and training to adults with developmental disabilities to promote growth toward goals.
• Assist with daily living activities and community integration.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, and monitor health and well-being.
• Administer medications as directed and document accordingly.
