Job summary

Help at Home in Pennsylvania is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently in their homes and communities.

You will provide one-on-one support, assist with daily living activities, attend community events, document progress, and coordinate with the care team. Paid training, health benefits, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to complete required background checks and training
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
