Qualifications

• Proof of High School diploma/ GED or transcripts.
• Proof of valid driver's license and identification documents.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to document care in English and communicate clearly.
• Ability to stand/move and assist with lifting as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Administer medications and monitor health needs with supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and do light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social activities and community outings.
• Use mobility equipment with proper techniques and safety.
• Document daily activities and observations accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
