Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans including socialization and health maintenance.
• Administer or support self-administration of medications and document accordingly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community integration.
• Document progress and maintain records accurately.

Skills

Six months of experience

Working knowledge of computers
