RHA Health Services, LLC in Burnsville, NC is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Waiver to provide community-based supports to individuals with disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges. You will help people communicate needs, support daily living, and accompany them to activities, work, and appointments.

Responsibilities include promoting rights, advocacy, independence, and documentation of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of pre-employment screening is required.

Responsibilities
