Community Services Group - CSG in Pennsylvania is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with IDD in homes and community settings. No experience required; we provide two-week orientation and hands-on training to set you up for success.

You will help individuals develop life skills, participate in community activities, and promote wellbeing. Pay starts at $17/hr with potential to earn up to $21/hr depending on location and shift; full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• 18 or older.
• Willingness to transport individuals in CSG vehicles.
• Willingness to travel to community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing life skills and daily activities.
• Support preferences and dignity of individuals.
• Create opportunities for community participation based on interests.
• Help individuals become more independent through guidance and role modeling.
