Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Pennsylvania to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community homes and residential programs. Roles include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with paid orientation and mileage reimbursement.

The base pay is $17/hour with potential to earn up to $21/hour depending on location and shift. Join a team focused on compassion, teamwork and enhancing independence for those served.

Qualifications

• 18 or older.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Willingness to transport individuals in CSG vehicles.
• Willingness and ability to work in and travel to identified group of community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
