Responsibilities

• Direct Support: assist individuals with socialization, health maintenance, and activities of daily living.
• Records: accurately document progress and activity, maintain confidentiality.
• Management of Individuals’ Assets: purchases within budget of the individual served.
• Relationships: maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers.
• Reporting: report abuse, neglect, and incidents per policy and requirements.
• Rights: protect the rights of persons served and maintain confidentiality.
